Qi Gong - Virtual Classes
QI GONG (Chi Kong) is a form of gentle exercise that will take you through a series of movements designed to gradually and safely, increase range of motion, improve balance, strengthen muscles, and improve breathing capacity. The movements are done from a standing position and can be modified for a chair. Perfect for everyone, you start as a beginner and improve as you go.
