Council Meetings

Regular Council Meetings are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday of every month from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

Draft agendas are available to the public as soon as possible but no later than five (5) days prior to the meeting.  Anyone requesting an item be added to the agenda must submit it at least five (5) business days prior to the meeting. Additions and deletions to update the agenda may occur as needed prior to the start of the meeting.  Agendas are available for viewing on the Municipal Website (www.norfolktreherne.ca).

Anyone wishing to appear as a delegation must notify the CAO at least five (5) days before the Council meeting and advise the CAO of the topic and scope of their presentation.  There is no limit to the number of delegations included on an agenda, but the CAO is granted the authority to schedule delegations accordingly.  All delegations must appoint a spokesperson.
